App use
TickStudio may be used for personal practice, rehearsal, lessons, and performance preparation. Do not misuse, resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law.

Terms of Service
Last updated: June 14, 2026. These terms explain basic TickStudio use, Pro, sync, ads, and performance-tool boundaries.
Free and Pro
Core metronome features are free. Pro may include larger libraries, full history, goals, setlists, Apple Watch, import/export, and other advanced tools.
Purchases
Purchases, subscriptions, trials, refunds, billing, and cancellation are handled by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and the applicable store terms.
Ads
When ads are enabled, rewarded ads may temporarily unlock eligible actions. Availability can depend on network, region, platform policy, inventory, and app version.
Sync and local data
Local data, iCloud sync, and Google Drive sync are convenience features, not guaranteed backup services. Back up important exported data when export is available.
Performance tools
Setlists, Wi-Fi sync, and Watch features are practice and performance aids. You remain responsible for rehearsal, stage, network, device, and audio decisions.
How to use it
Use TickStudio in a lawful way and do not interfere with the app, website, store distribution, advertising systems, sync, local networks, or other users' access.
It is a practice aid
TickStudio is a timing and practice aid. We do not guarantee musical results, performance outcomes, audio latency under every hardware setup, or uninterrupted availability.
Notifications
Daily reminders help bring you back to practice. You can change or disable notification permission and reminder settings through the app and operating system.
Import and export
Preset and setlist import/export may be Pro features. Keep exported files safe and verify imported content before relying on it in rehearsal or performance.
Platform services
Downloads, purchases, refunds, iCloud, Google Drive, ads, analytics, local network permissions, notifications, and device behavior may also be governed by Apple, Google, Cloudflare, RevenueCat, and other platform policies.
Terms changes
Features, limits, pricing, supported platforms, store listings, and availability may change over time. We may update these terms when the app or services change materially.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the app or website.
